We love everyone who’s bored enough to come onto our nerdy podcast, but to have Nancylee Myatt, Maeve Quinlan, and Paige Bernhardt come and talk about 3way, South of Nowhere, and Nikki and Nora with us – this is truly our geek mecca. We pretty much spent the entire hour squealing like the little fangirls we are. And since I’m super not funny in print, Notes!:

    - Go be cooler than us and see the ladies in their element at Stage 33 Chicago, Dec 5th and 6th. Tickets and info here. (did that link work? Cause I usually eff them up).

    - If you haven’t seen 3way, I don’t know what you’re doing here. Or Nikki and Nora for that matter. WTF is wrong with you?

    - If Nancylee ever tells you you can move in with her, don’t believe her. She totally turned away my moving van last week.

    - We haven’t had a chance to try our PaaV cocktail yet, but it will for sure be served at our next Pancakes party. If you shake / stir one up – take a pic and let us know! Although, actually send the pic, because we never did get a copy of the picture of Nancylee. Just sayin…

I hope you guys are ready for more awesome randomness. I apologize in advance if you still use an aol email address, but not if you still use checks in stores. Cause c’mon. Liz is a superstar for getting this one edited and done, because we’ve both been busy as hell, and if it were up to me it’d be even later.

We’d also like to send a big, pancakey congratulations to Karman Kregloe, the new Editor-in-Chief at AfterEllen! Enjoy the vacay, Sarah Warn, you earned it.

We’re back like Pee Wee and Backstreet! This week is an experiment of sorts. We decided to talk about things we love and things we hate. There might be some Grey’s, Glee, and Balloon Boy in there. We’re naturally long-winded, so, voila!

    We missed you bitches!

Well weirdos, this is it. At least for Otalia and Guiding Light. This is the last time we’ll make fun of Frank Cooper (this is not the last time we’ll make fun of Frank). The last time we’ll mention how hot Olivia Spencer is (this is not the last time we’ll mention how hot Olivia Spencer is). The last time we’ll….you get the idea. We’ve had a week to mull over the Guiding Light finale, join us for the wrap up podcast.

Don’t worry darlings, we’ll be continuing this podcast. The focus will change, obviously, but we promise the same faux smart snarkery that you’ve grown to know and love.

Mushy note from Liz (cause I don’t do the outro): Thank you so much for your support and the time you give me and Dani each week. Y’all have been incredible when you didnt even know it. I have learned so much from you guys, received so many amazing emails, and made so many awesome friends that I will carry with me in my heart place and my blackberry. We have had the pleasure of talking with a very diverse group of women, about everything from soap plot lines to shark attacks, “soap” and self confidence. We are very blessed. I am humbled by what we’ve all built here, and I cannot wait to see what is next for the whole PaaV crew. See you soon!! XOXO

Anyway, let’s get to the good stuff!

Yay! A week where we re-watched clips out of pure enjoyment and not because we’re secretly masochists. So much cuteness. It really bites that we only have one week left when we’re FINALLY getting some of the physical intimacy we’ve been clamoring for. Here comes the home stretch – let’s enjoy this together, shall we?

Bring your fabulous witty selves and come chill with us! Also, Dani will be thanking Kish for her fab party planning help via interpretive dance, so you dont want to miss that!

#21 – we’re legal! Or something. There are several things of import this week: Olivia’s fantastic wardrobe, Frank and the Coopers being reasonable, and most importantly, the end of this ridiculous Otalia separation. Warning: we will be discussing hot and sexy…headbutts. Under 17, listen at your own risk!

We’ve decided to dedicate our Friday pod to Doris Wolfe, so hold onto your Doris/Blis/whatever comments until then. Cool? Cool.

Basically, we’re lucky sluts. Crystal Chappell was kind enough to take time out of her busy schedule of being awesome to talk with us. Once we stopped swallowing our tongues, we had a lot of fun with her. Gush, gush, gush…she’s great. We all know this. So why don’t you listen and find out what she had to say about cheese, which lines she definitely ad-libbed on GL, and what Olympic sport she’d like to compete in.

The plus side is this podcast was not recorded in the hallway of a hotel.

On the other hand, this week is weird because frankly, we’re feeling weird about the show. We could have extended our collective WTF beyond Otalia into the rest of Springfield (Mallet’s story, for example), but we felt like we’d end up in straitjackets if we did. The dearth of physical intimacy, layered and cerebral writing, and logical editing is slowly sapping our will to snark.

Also, Liz was completely wrong about there being a kiss by our 20th podcast, so feel free to take her to task in the comments (but not too harshly, because then I’ll have to kick your ass). (Don’t worry, she blames herself)

Orlagh Cassidy steals the show (as usual)

What can we say? We love Orlagh Cassidy. She was kind enough talk to us about the revelation that Doris was a lesbian, the fun of playing a total bitch, why Doris cares that Olivia and Natalia end up together, and who would be her ideal mate for Doris.

If you’d like to hear her dulcet tones reading you a good story, check out her audio book performances.

And guess who will be joining twitter soon? Until then, show her some comment love, peeps!

Just for reference, Who is Doris Wolfe?
