We know a bunch of you had been asking about this podcast, and we’re happy to say it’s back like Converse and gold lamé headbands! Yes, you can still trust us to be cool enough to interview the cool people who interview the cool people.
It’s really one of our favorite podcasts, probably because it involves two things we love: Crystal Chappell and the Tello Films girls, Christin and Nicole.
It’s been a light Otalia week, you deserve it.
We chose to cut about 7 minutes from it just to avoid internet drama and/or stress. Luckily it still completely rules. But as LeVar Burton says, you don’t have to take our word for it. Five points for a Reading Rainbow reference, oh!
Somehow we managed to convince Nicole and Christin to come back to discuss their recent Jessica Leccia interview. Watch, laugh, point at the geek in the headband, and then write in or call with your questions.

Thanks for reminding me of the hilarious Maeve interview again. I’m a sucker for hyperventilating while watching that crazy shit.
Oh, and Guin Turner is such a trippy black flash of a woman, that interview left me both scared of and attracted by her.

I’ve been listening to your podcasts for the last week and a half and i didn’t think anything could make me laugh harder but this one takes the cake. I’ve been sitting at my desk for the last 45 minutes laughing and smiling seemingly at nothing to which my coworkers have responded by shooting me inquisitive looks with a plethora of crazy eyes. Thanks for making my day go by a little quicker

LOVE YOUR PODCASTS, first of all. Has to be, hands down, the funniest of all the Otalia podcasts out there right now. Second, what do you think the chances are you guys speaking to these two again now that the Jessica Leccia interview has been put up? I’d love to know their thoughts about talking to her…please? Pretty please?

Watching this podcast made me understand and appreciate more the work that Nicole and Christin do. I’ll have to go over and post some positive comments for them as although the CC interview was odd I did end up liking it. I like it even more hearing about what was involved with it. Also want to check out some of their other interviews.

Thanks for this podcast. How enjoyable to hear from the ladies who did that fun interview with Crystal. It made me check out the tello site and I love the videos and inspiration behind it. Nicole and Christin rock. I am curious that there had to be editing. Now I’m all about the missing seven minutes. Is this like a Nixon coverup? I second the request to hear the ladies’ comments about interviewing Jessica. Plus, I found out that I have a Missouri connection to Liz and Nicole…live in STL, but have spent lots of time in KC and Columbia. Too fun! I hated that so many negative comments were posted in different forums about the CC interview. I hope the girls blew off those folks with a stick up their ass. All us cool kids loved it!

Ali- thanks. Do that. Tello has taken a lot of bologna, and at the end of the day they still gave us 45 min of CC and 30ish min of JL coverage. And, obvs, they are totally rad and we <3 them.
Jennifer- yep. Podcastgate 2009. There didnt have to be editing. We chose to edit. A silly spoiler (from todays episode) and a few jokes just aren’t worth the drama.
St Louis is totally bad ass! Makes me want a concrete. I love St Louis. Did you know the bowling hall of fame is there? Cause it is. I’ve been. It changed me.
And Tello will be back next week to talk about Jessica, and a bunch of other totally rad stuff. We’re nevah letting them go, evah. They brought us 7/8 of a degree from Jessica Leccia! They are our BFFs now, whether they want to be or not.
